Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and warm calling techniques to promote our innovative technology solutions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Duties<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling strategies to generate interest and build rapport</li><li>Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored technology solutions</li><li>Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in sales automation technologies to streamline outreach and follow-up processes</li><li>Negotiate terms effectively with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and deal closure</li><li>Maintain excellent communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively over the phone</li><li>Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales techniques, and achieve collective targets</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within a B2B (business-to-business) environment</li><li>Strong background in technology sales or technical sales experience is highly desirable</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighlevel or other CRM software is essential</li><li>Demonstrated success in outbound calling, deal closing, and client communication</li><li>Experience with sales automation tools and sales technology adoption enhances effectiveness</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional communication abilities in English</li><li>Call center experience or customer service background is a plus for understanding client needs and delivering outstanding service</li></ul>Join us to energize your sales career!
