<b>About the Role</b><br>
The Elementary Teacher at Lake Creek Learning Center will plan, deliver, and assess instruction in alignment with Oregon state standards and<br>
district curriculum goals. This role requires effective classroom management, collaboration with colleagues and families,<br>
and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Teachers are expected to support a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate<br>
learning environment that addresses individual student needs and fosters academic success.<br>
<br>
Responsibilities include preparing engaging lessons, maintaining a classroom culture of respect and high expectations,<br>
using data to guide instruction, participating in school initiatives, and supporting student assessment and intervention strategies.<br>
Teachers will also participate in building and district-level professional development, adhere to board policies and procedures,<br>
and contribute to the broader school community.<br>

<b>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For</b><br>
EPSD9 is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic educator who holds a current Oregon Teaching License with the appropriate endorsement(s)<br>
for the elementary level and meets the requirements to be designated Highly Qualified by TSPC. The ideal candidate brings content expertise,<br>
strong classroom management skills, and a passion for working with elementary students.<br>
<br>
Successful candidates will demonstrate collaboration, professionalism, and strong communication skills. They will also be able to adapt instruction to<br>
meet diverse learning needs, maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students, and reflect positively on the teaching profession.<br>
Experience with technology integration and formative/summative assessment strategies is highly valued.<br>

<b>Position Title: </b>Temporary Elementary Teacher - Grade 2/3 for remainder of 2025-26 SY<br>
<b>Placement: LCLC,</b> Eagle Point, Oregon<br>
<b>Supervisor:</b> Principal or Designee<br>
<b>Contract Days:</b> 193/194 days per year, 8 hours per day, starting immediately<br>
<b>Salary Range</b>: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327<br>
Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits.<br>
Includes an excellent benefits package, including 6% PERS retirement &quot;employee contribution&quot; paid by the District,<br>
and tuition reimbursement available</div><br>
