We are currently seeking an experienced <b>Landscape Designer with a proven sales track record</b> to join our dynamic team.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Position Summary:</b></h3><p>
The Landscape Designer is responsible for the planning, design, and development of outdoor spaces and related construction elements for residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental properties. This role requires a blend of creative design talent, technical skills, client relationship management, and sales expertise.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Design and develop plans for landscapes, hardscapes, trellises, gazebos, fencing, driveways, and related outdoor features.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with clients to assess needs, preferences, and site-specific requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with internal divisions, architects, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.</p></li><li><p>
Analyze site conditions, including soil composition, drainage, vegetation, and existing structures to prepare environmental reports and design plans.</p></li><li><p>
Produce site plans, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve on-site challenges.</p></li><li><p>
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>
Stay current on trends in landscape architecture and Florida-specific plant materials and applications.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or related field.</p></li><li><p>
Minimum of <b>8 years</b> of experience in landscape architecture and design.</p></li><li><p>
Minimum of <b>5 years of proven sales experience</b> in the landscape industry.</p></li><li><p>
Strong knowledge of <b>Florida-native and Florida-friendly plant material</b>.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency in landscape design software and CAD tools is preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service skills.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>
