Educative is looking for a creative and technically savvy <b>AI Video Manager</b> to lead the production and distribution of AI-generated video content across our channels.</p>
<p>
This isn't a traditional video editing role. We're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of <b>creative storytelling, AI tooling, and content strategy</b> &mdash; someone who can take a dry theorem, a complex formula, or a little-known scientific fact and transform it into a visually compelling, scroll-stopping video that makes people stop and think.</p>

<p>
As an AI Video Manager, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Use AI video generation tools to concept, prompt, and produce short-form educational videos that transform complex or mundane topics into visually engaging, digestible content for social media audiences.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop a deep fluency in prompting AI video tools to get high-quality, on-brand outputs &mdash; knowing how to iterate, refine, and push the tools to their creative limits.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborate closely with the content team to receive topic briefs and ideas, then take full ownership of translating those into fully produced AI-generated videos ready for distribution.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Bring an artistic eye and creative instinct to every piece of content, always finding new ways to make abstract or technical concepts visually surprising and shareable.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Schedule and distribute content across all accounts, keeping each one active, relevant, and growing.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Partner with the content team during ideation to help shape topics and angles that lend themselves well to AI video treatment.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, unexpected creative approaches to recurring content themes and finding new visual languages for familiar subject matter.</p>

</div><p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Hands-on experience with AI video generation and enhancement tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, or similar platforms.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong prompting ability &mdash; you know how to communicate with AI tools to get the output you're envisioning and how to troubleshoot and iterate when it falls short.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Demonstrated creative and artistic sensibility with a knack for finding compelling visual angles in technical or abstract subject matter.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience managing content calendars and scheduling tools for social media distribution across multiple accounts.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Solid understanding of Instagram best practices, short-form content formats, and what drives engagement and retention.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying calm, organized, and adaptable under pressure.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborative and team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to take a brief and run with it independently.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Receptive to feedback and always looking to push creative output further.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Passionate about educational content and the idea that learning should feel like discovery.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Comfort experimenting with new AI tools as the landscape evolves &mdash; you're not attached to one platform, you're attached to the best result.</p>

<li><p>Background in education, science communication, or edtech content is a plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience with traditional video editing tools as a complement to AI workflows is a plus.</p>

</li>
<li><div>Be able to prioritize and work on multiple design projects simultaneously based on rapidly evolving business needs. The company is a fast-growing startup with an international presence, so agility is key.</div>

<li><div>Be an excellent communicator, able to clearly understand the needs and objectives of the multifunctional team, and &lsquo;talk through&rsquo; design decisions.</div>
</li>
<li><p>Be able to work with remote teams and manage communication accordingly. (Head office is located in Seattle, USA.)</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Tools:</b></p>

<li><div>Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for still images</div>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar to create videos and animated motion graphics</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency with AI tools related to illustration/visuals</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Recommended Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, or related discipline</div>
</li>
<li><p>2+ years in professional commercial design making customer-facing graphics and videos</p><br>
