The admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students in making informed academic and career choices while promoting the institution&rsquo;s programs and services. This role combines counseling, relationship-building, and sales skills to ensure student satisfaction and achieve enrollment targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Student Counseling &amp; Guidance</li><li>Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and admission requirements.</li><li>Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.</li><li>Address student queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.</li><li>Sales &amp; Enrollment</li><li>Promote institution&rsquo;s programs to prospective students and parents.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into admissions.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.</li><li>Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and career fairs to generate leads.</li><li>Relationship Management</li><li>Build strong rapport with students, parents, and schools.</li><li>Maintain long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to align counseling with promotional campaigns.</li><li>Administrative Duties</li><li>Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems.</li><li>Prepare reports on counseling sessions, conversions, and sales performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with institutional policies and ethical counseling practices.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Empathy and ability to understand student needs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
