JOB DESCRIPTION:&middot; Analysis of clients' business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectives&middot; Assess clients' needs for software training and implementation services&middot; Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion&middot; Train users in application use and/or configuration&middot; Assist clients in application testing and rollout&middot; Recommend business process improvements&middot; Analyze and specify application enhancements&middot; Maintain daily work progress on TMS&middot; Documenting ERP/HCM/CRM processes and preparing deployment progress updates.&middot; Providing ERP/HCM/CRM end-user training and technical support.&middot; Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.&middot; Ensure that ERP/HCM/CRM solutions are fully tested and meet client requirements before deployment.Any other task assigned by the management.JOB SPECIFICATION:&middot; Applicant must be graduate from reputable university in BS ERP/ or any relevant field.&middot; Applicant must have 2 years or more experience in relevant domain&middot; Must have good command on ERP/HCM/CRM modules&middot; Applicant should have good business analytical skills&middot; Good communication skills&middot; Must have customer building skills&middot; Good interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Software Implementation: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>HCM: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
