We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and layouts for mechanical systems and components. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with engineers and project teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Create and update 2D &amp; 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.</li><li>Interpret engineering sketches, BOQs, and project specifications accurately.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project managers to finalize designs.</li><li>Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.</li><li>Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman (MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, or Industrial preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks, Revit, or other CAD tools is an advantage).</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication details, and engineering standards.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preference<ul><li>Local candidates in Qatar only (transferable visa).</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given priority.</li><li>Experience in MEP contracting companies is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person

Mechanical Draftsman

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), functional testing, and servicing of fire fighting systems, including fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, and extinguishers.</li><li>Diagnose system malfunctions, identify piping or mechanical issues, and perform corrective repairs or component replacements.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with QCDD requirements, company SOPs, and international standards such as NFPA.</li><li>Conduct flow tests, pressure tests, pump performance checks, and system readiness evaluations.</li><li>Prepare detailed maintenance reports, service records, and technical documentation for client submissions and authority inspections.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and internal teams for shutdowns, site access, and follow-up corrective actions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>QCDD License preferred (Fire Fighting).</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in fire fighting system maintenance, ideally within the GCC.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fire pumps (diesel/electric), control panels, sprinkler networks, and fire suppression components.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and fire fighting system layouts.</li><li>Familiarity with NFPA codes and QCDD standards.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
