FIRE ALARM MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (FIRE PROTECTION)

Fire Protection Estimation EngineerLocation: Qatar Industry: Fire Protection / MEPJob Description &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of proven experience as an Estimation Engineer</li><li>Qatar experience is mandatory (minimum 7 years)</li><li>MMUP / UPDA Certified Engineer (Grade A, B, or C)</li><li>Strong knowledge of NFPA and QCD regulations and standards</li><li>Proven experience in cost analysis, tender documentation, and technical compliance reviews</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems</li><li>Ability to interpret tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications</li><li>Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals</li><li>Experience in coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical compliance</li><li>Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements</li><li>Skilled in using estimation software and Excel-based costing tools</li><li>Ability to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tight deadlines</li><li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in reviewing project scope and identifying risks</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
