Job Description<ul><li>Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service.</li><li>Painting interior and exterior areas of the hotel using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other applicators.</li><li>Preparing surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or sandblasting.</li><li>Cutting in freehand or with tape, spot priming, and rolling walls.</li><li>Caulking, filling, sanding trim; patching drywall; and rolling walls and trim.</li><li>Mixing and matching paints, enamels, lacquers, stains, and special protective coatings.</li><li>Identifying and repairing deficiencies in drywall, millwork, appliances, fixtures, flooring, and windows.</li><li>Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.</li><li>Maintaining an organized inventory of painting materials and supplies.</li><li>Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently.</li><li>Supporting Health &amp; Safety standards and environmental sustainability programs.</li><li>Collaborating with the Chief Engineer and team on projects and renovations.</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Secondary / High school education</li><li>Trade Certificate will be advantageous</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise</li></ul>About Unity Contracting Unity Contracting is a leading contracting company committed to delivering high-quality construction and engineering solutions.
