<div>Position Summary: Monday -Thurs 8:15 am - 5 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 4 pm
Acts as a representative in all areas of clerical support. Assumes responsibility for all facets of front desk operations, including greeting and registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering patient charges and demographics. Retrieving and updating medical records, collecting fees and performing general clerical and other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Greets and registers patients; notifies medical staff of their arrival.</li><li>
Verifies current address and insurance status.</li><li>
Uses appropriate company procedures, referring doctors and correct protocols for writing referrals. Schedules referral appointments with specialists, hospital testing and lab work.</li><li>
Completes prior authorization of testing according to insurance requirements.</li><li>
Checks out patient from the office. Collects payments and schedules follow up appointments or specialty appointments as appropriate. If office requires post charges to the patients account using appropriate diagnostic and CPT coding to ensure correct charging and posting to patient accounts.</li><li>
Maintains providers schedules, optimizing effective scheduling of appointments. Confirms appointments for daily schedule.</li><li>
Assists in developing and implementing systems to support effective and accurate registration of patients. Makes recommendations to increase efficiency of patient care or administrative functioning of area.</li></ul>
Education/Experience/Licensure
<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Experience: Previous experience in a health care setting performing similar functions preferred.</li><li>
Certification/Licensure: N/A</li><li>
Software/Hardware: Proficient in MS Office.</li></ul>

Patient Service Representative - Manchester Urology Nashua - Full Time

We do this at The Elliot by proactively maintaining assets and infrastructures while also maintaining a respectable upkeep of the property.
About the Job:
Maintains and cares for hospital grounds in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Grounds Coordinator. Perform a variety of landscaping, maintenance and snow removal duties as assigned.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Cuts and maintains lawns and grass.</li><li>
Rakes and maintains leaves, and cares for plants, flowers, trees and shrubs.</li><li>
Performs snow removal activities such as shoveling in accordance with guidelines.</li><li>
Maintains and keeps campus grounds clean and free of debris for first impression and beautification.</li><li>
May perform basic repairs to outdoor furniture to maintain safe conditions.</li><li>
Maintains landscape power equipment in good operating condition.</li><li>
Stress safety as top priority.</li><li>
Informs Grounds Coordinator of any unsafe conditions.</li></ul>
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
Experience: Prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance and/or snow removal preferred.
Abilities:<ul><li>
Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.</li><li>
Ability to occasionally operate small powered landscape tools and equipment (lawn mower, weedwhackers, etc.) safely.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively as a team member.</li><li>
Ability to work outside in the elements.</li><li>
Ability to exhibit flexibility.</li></ul>

Elliot Pharmacy provides high-quality and personal prescription services to patients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including those whose providers are outside the Elliot network. About the Job
Provides centralized medication access support for Elliot Health System patients.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Interprets physicians&rsquo; prescriptions and creates orders, accesses, inputs and retrieves prescription information from the electronic medical record and provides next steps for patient access.</li><li>
Consults with patients, physicians and clinic office staff regarding access to and use of medications.</li><li>
Conducts quality assurance and drug utilization reviews.</li><li>
Interprets, reviews and submits requests for prescription prior authorization.</li><li>
Coordinates medication patient assistance programs and low-cost alternatives for patients.</li><li>
Provides medication counseling to patients.</li><li>
Provides In-service education and other educational services upon request to Elliot Physician Practices, staff and patients.</li><li>
Responsible for the direct supervision and oversight of pharmacy technicians.</li></ul>
Education and Experience Needs
Degree in Pharmacy from an institution accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education. Current New Hampshire license to practice Pharmacy; Board Certification preferred.
 Five years of previous health system pharmacy experience preferred.
