 Responsible for scheduling, assigning, managing and monitoring work of construction and service work.

  Job Duties/Responsibilities

 </strong>
 Ensure all work meets company standards and in service dates while ensuring that all workmanship complies with Entergy's safety guidelines and practices. Have extensive knowledge of a working distribution system.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Prepare and carry out switching orders for the distribution system.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Work with Engineering, Vegetation, DOC and other departments in seeing that all facilities are constructed and maintained according to company specifications, standards and policies.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Assume dispatching on a local basis during emergency and storm situations to ensure service is restored to all customers in a timely manner. Be available for call-out at all times
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Work emergency or storm restoration in other areas as needed. Read and interpret construction prints.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Work with external and internal customers. Assume Supervisor's duties for a short time in his absence. Review daily outages in AM/FM and monitor/complete TACTICS and reliability issues for the Network.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE</b></div>

This position will perform data analyses, identifying/ implementing solutions, and drive a more efficient process. The individual will assist with a wide variety of data, help develop performance management metrics, and apply appropriate change management tools. they will directly interact and assist with all aspects of the Customer Organization including performance management to develop and track KPIs. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>

<li>Conduct business and data analysis to ensure accuracy, recognize data inconsistencies/irregularities and report issues to senior analysts and/or leadership.</li>
<li>Analyze operational data and information and provide reports, forecasting/trend analysis and recommendations to appropriate work groups.</li>
<li>Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.</li>
<li>Identify business solutions/opportunities and provide recommendations to influence stakeholders using industry and departmental expertise to support best practices. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to improve the end-user experience.</li>
<li>Identify areas of opportunity to improve reports, analytical tools, and self-service capabilities in collaboration with other departments to drive efficiency and support operational decision-making.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Adhere to protocols and requirements for data quality assurance and ensure that all analysis, trends and project work are within corporate requirements and SOX controls/compliancy.</li>
<li>Interact with department management and leadership throughout the organization to identify issues that warrant future projects.</li>
<li>Create &amp; maintain the SharePoint site for the Customer Organization by ensuring it is current and relevant to all key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist with developing key messaging, coordinating meetings, managing accruals, and/or expense reports/payments.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of regulatory or political changes that may impact Entergy policy decision making.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and interpret rate tariffs into the billing system as needed. Will work closely with other departments in creation of new rate offerings and give insight into the billing side when needed.</li>
<li>Participate in user acceptance testing for a multitude of different projects at any given time, including but not limited to new rate design/new application design.</li></ul><br>
