WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Sales Operations Team Associate, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating cutting edge network and audio video services/systems projects. You will be involved in the lifecycle of the overall internal project(s) working closely with other specialist project teams delivering the service to a customer base that includes leading global blue-chip organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Contact OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and distributors to gather pricing information for Audio Visual, Video, Conferencing, and Networking components.</li>
<li>Register and manage bids with relevant OEMs and distributors in accordance with company procedures.</li>
<li>Create detailed and competitive quotes in Sage X3.</li>
<li>Interact with clients to present and discuss quotes, addressing their inquiries and needs.</li>
<li>Maintain communication with OEMs and distributors to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information.</li>
<li>Identify any changes or updates in pricing and adjust quotes accordingly.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor the market for pricing trends and competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Maintain thorough records of pricing data, client interactions, and bid registrations.</li>
<li>Process final project invoicing, working closely with Account Management teams</li>
<li>Attend client meetings, representing the Sales Operations department.</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance to address any invoicing queries and customer follow up, as needed.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
<ul>
<li>2 + Years experience in a sales support, inside sales, or similar role; with a firm knowledge of the supply chain process</li>
<li>Experience creating detailed and competitive quotes</li>
<li>Clear understanding of the commercials involved in buying and reselling hardware and services</li>
<li>Willingness to take ownership of projects through to completion, with a desire to deliver for both the client and the company</li>
<li>Experience using account management / procurement software</li>
<li>Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and level of meticulousness</li>
<li>Strong client-facing and internal communication skills</li>
<li>A proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet.</li>
<li>Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge</li>
<li>Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company</li>
</ul>
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
<ul>
<li>Experience of Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and Networking environments</li>
<li>Experience with Cisco CCW, Sage X3 and Jira a plus</li>
<li>Can drive progress positively and effectively, keeping all stakeholders informed.</li>
<li>Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues.</li>

As a Lead AV Installation Technician, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence technologies across client sites. You will lead installation teams, ensure optimal system performance, and act as a technical escalation point while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 70% TRAVEL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Lead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.</li>
<li>Supervise and guide AV Technicians during installation projects.</li>
<li>Configure endpoints and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance.</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and readiness checks.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve equipment failures with effective solutions.</li>
<li>Complete post-installation assessments and user acceptance testing.</li>
<li>Install software upgrades and manage break/fix and RMA requests.</li>
<li>Act as a technical escalation point for ongoing faults.</li>
<li>Interface with clients on-site in alignment with service level agreements.</li>
<li>Provide project reporting and updates to management.</li>
<li>Document hardware failures and supervise rack building processes.</li>
<li>Travel nationally to customer sites as required.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment (Extron, Cisco, Crestron, AMX).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical plans and perform necessary configurations.</li>
<li>Experience with AV/VC integrations.</li>
<li>Agile mindset with a strong sense of urgency.</li>
<li>High responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in customer interactions.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving mindset and technical curiosity.</li>

 Maintain and restock IT cabinets and vending machines

 Perform Level 1 vending machine maintenance (training provided)

 Conduct vending machine planogram changes, relocations, and decommissions

 Proactively manage inventory within deployment scope
 </li>

 Track all hardware using internal data systems to ensure traceability
 </li>

 Manage e-waste logistics and support donation requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive inbound hardware and conduct physical inventory counts
 </li>
 <li>
 Support shipments and coordinate outbound logistics as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with regional inventory teams to align operational efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in cycle counting and contribute to overall stock accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete special projects as assigned by site leadership

 Minimum Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
 </li>
 <li>
 English proficiency is essential for internal stakeholder communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 </li>
