We are seeking a licensed and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Essentials Spa of Lakeland. This role involves providing a range of skin care treatments and services, helping clients look and feel their best.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performing facials, waxing, and other skincare treatments</li><li>Consulting with clients to assess their skin needs and recommend appropriate services</li><li>Educating clients about skincare products and home care routines</li><li>Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Potentially providing makeup application, body treatments, or other spa services, depending on the employer</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology license</li><li>Experience in a spa (at least 1 year)</li><li>Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Experience with specific skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion.</li><li>Ability to upsell and promote skincare products and services</li><li>A passion for esthetics and continuous learning</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling and employee discounts.</li><li>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.</li></ul>Please contact Adriana Brunk 863-937-5063Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
