We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our customer support team and help deliver a positive experience for every customer. In this role, you’ll communicate with customers by phone and email, assist with orders, resolve questions and concerns, and make sure customer information is handled accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, reliable, organized, and enjoys helping people.
