<div>As part of ECS, you&rsquo;ll work alongside a collaborative network of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Whether you're facilitating therapy sessions on-site or via telemedicine, your work will help shape recovery journeys and improve lives.</div>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Provide individual and group therapy to patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges.</li>
<li>Develop and manage treatment and recovery plans from intake to discharge.</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors.</li>
<li>Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth across ECS partner facilities.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.</li>
<li>Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.</li>
<li>Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.</li>
