A member of the specialised client-facing department focused on providing exceptional care to new and existing partners through a value-driven relationship-based approach. <b>Partner Relationship Manager</b> will retain and grow Partners, providing relationship management and support throughout the partner user journey.</p>

What you'll actually do</b></h4>
<p>
Account Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact between the Partners and the Company.</li>
<li>Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to Partner needs</li>
<li>Directing partners to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.</li>
<li>Educate partners on the Company' platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to partners</li>
<li>Tend to partners' needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to partners.</li>
<li>Engage with the partners following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.</li>
<li>Keep partners up-to-date with Exness' developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.</li>
<li>Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to generate new business for Exness' products/services.</li>
</ul>
<p>Business Development</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage a profitable portfolio of Exness business partners by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis and partner activities</li>
<li>Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives such as with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, as well as our event teams.Plan and develop promotional campaigns, activities, and participate in client events and business trips to engage better with partners.</li>
<li>Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.</li>
<li>Participate in related industry &amp; partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance and adherence of the Company business, regulatory and brand guidelines</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who we're looking for</b></h4>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship, or any relevant client-facing roles within the financial trading industry, with proven experience working within the<b> Dubai / UAE market.</b></li>
<li>Excellent communication both verbal and written, in native language (Urdu and/or Hindi) and English</li>
<li>Excellent presentation skills in both native language (Urdu and/or Hindi) and English.</li>
<li>Excellent convincing and influencing skills.</li>
<li>Persistence and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Strong commercial and business development mindset.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge in financial markets, trading, investing, technical, and fundamental analysis.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in Stock / FOREX trading knowledge</li>
<li>Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly / quarterly basis.</li>
<li>Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools.</li>
<li>Graduating with a Bachelor's degree is compulsory.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Able to work in a team and individually when need be</li>
<li>Willingness to travel for Business Trips.</li>
<li>Investment license/financial certifications are highly regarded.</li></ul><br>

Why this role matters</b></h4>
<p><i>
As an Operations Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the Finance Department of the local UAE &quot;Exness MENA&quot; entity that is licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority &quot;SCA&quot; as a Trading Broker of OTC Derivatives and Currencies in the Spot Market. This includes managing Exness MENA Finance outsourcing arrangements with the rest of the Exness Group.</i></p>
<p><i>
You will perform tasks related to financial procedures, accounting restrictions, and daily settlements of Exness MENA clients. You will also review client contracts and ensure their validity and the accuracy of their contents, coordinating with the compliance officer to ensure Exness MENA meets its obligations.</i></p>
<p><i>
Your role will include responsibility for the performance of the local company, looking after the interests of its principals, safeguarding the reputation of the local company and the Exness Group, and promoting Exness Group values and culture.</i></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
</b></h4>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you'll actually do</b></h4>
<ul><li>Setting up and maintaining the local Finance Function in line with the group's strategic objectives, and liaising with group functions and companies to achieve them.</li>
<li>Develop Finance policies and procedures in line with local regulatory requirements, present them to the local Board of Directors, and update them as required.</li>
<li>Register with SCA as the accredited Operations Manager and act as the main point of contact with them in relation to the Operations Manager responsibilities.</li>
<li>Always maintain accreditation with the Securities and Commodities Authority as the Operations Manager by fulfilling all duties imposed by the local regulation, including, but not limited to, attending the training required for the Continuous Professional Development &quot;CPD&quot;.</li>
<li>Liaise with the local Head of Compliance to ensure that all required reports are filed with the competent authorities on time. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:<br>
<ul><li>Quarterly and annual audited financial statements.</li>
<li>Monthly Capital Adequacy reports.</li>
<li>Monthly Client Money Segregation reports.</li>
</ul></li><li>Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the UAE Ministry of Finance, Federal Tax Authority and any other regulatory authority.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the daily finance operations of the company run smoothly and in accordance with the relevant laws and directives.</li>
<li>Draft and review Finance reports to the local Board of Directors and to group companies, including the implementation of the decisions taken during those meetings.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact with external auditors, tax consultants and other counterparties.</li>
<li>Ensure timely closure of findings raised by internal audit, external audit and any regulatory authority in relation to the Finance Department.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who we're looking for</b></h4>
<ul><li>University degree in Finance or related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 year working experience in the CFD/FX industry or a relevant field</li>
<li>Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Arabic is a plus but not a must.</li>
<li>CISI exams are compulsory (1. UAE Financial Rules and Regulations and 2. Global Securities Operation)</li>
<li>Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with the capacity to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in financial markets, and a willingness to travel overseas.</li></ul><br>
