</b></div><div>EXP is currently searching for a <b>Project Manager </b>to join our team supporting our U.S. Transportation South group across our Florida locations.<br>
</div><div></div><div><b>Your Responsibilities
</b></div><ul><li>Identify, research, and qualify PR opportunities, media partnerships, and strategic communications initiatives.
</li><li>Lead the development and execution of proposals, presentations, and campaigns in response to RFPs/RFQs.
</li><li>Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
</li><li>Oversee internal and external communications strategies aligned with EXP&rsquo;s brand and client goals.
</li><li>Manage multiple PR and communications projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, engineering, client services) to support integrated messaging.
</li><li>Apply risk management strategies to protect brand reputation and ensure message consistency.
</li><li>Develop and manage editorial calendars, press releases, media kits, and content plans.
</li><li>Ensure all communications meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Coordinate with design and technical teams to align messaging with project milestones and deliverables.
</li><li>Mentor junior communications staff and provide guidance on best practices and professional development.
</li>Conduct QA/QC reviews of all public-facing materials and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.<br>

</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or strategic marketing.
</li><li>Proven experience managing PR campaigns in transportation, planning, or related industries.
</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
</li><li>Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.
</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-profile projects.
</li><li>Familiarity with digital communications platforms, analytics tools, and media monitoring software.
</li><li>Experience working with senior leadership and external partners to shape messaging and strategy.</li></ul></div><p></p>
