We actively encourage talented and ambitious candidates to apply, fostering gender diversity and equal opportunities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the Project Management Office in managing projects from initiation through delivery and stabilization.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and cost standards.</li><li>Help prepare and maintain project plans, reports, and risk assessments.</li><li>Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Office) to support project tracking and reporting.</li><li>Organize and document project meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams by clarifying tasks, removing roadblocks, and escalating issues when needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate project-related documentation and records.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>6 months &ndash; 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or project management.</li><li>Basic knowledge of project management tools and technologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Office).</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>A professional certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, Agile, or PMP Foundation) will be an added advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to grow within the Project Management Office.</li><li>Hands-on experience working on diverse and impactful projects.</li><li>Exposure to Agile and cross-functional project delivery.</li><li>A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work culture.</li><li>Clear career progression and skill development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
