 Job Summary

 Under the supervision of the nurse manager, the surgical transporter is responsible for the completion of assignments, as received from the printed schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the transport of patients and equipment within established departmental time frames and productivity standards and following departmental operational and safety policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates positive customer relations, infection control, and risk management practices.
