The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing a variety of HR and Talent Acquisition functions, with a focus on recruiting, screening, selecting, and placing candidates across assigned areas. This role partners with Fairview leaders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies, while also consulting on process improvements, predictive hiring tactics, and other strategic initiatives. From sourcing and marketing roles to facilitating selection and onboarding, the Recruitment Specialist oversees the full talent acquisition lifecycle. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for meetings or events.<br>

<b>Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Leads recruitment activities for moderately visible and moderately difficult jobs within Fairview. These jobs would include allied health, business professions, and technical professions.</li><li>
Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates.</li><li>
Serves as subject matter expert on recruitment trends, resources, processes, and tools.</li><li>
Provides ongoing, continuous evaluation for responsible areas and assures accountability for financially solid and measurable results.</li><li>
Proactively communicates with stakeholders and site leadership to impact decision making and facilitate change.</li><li>
Answers applicant and manager questions promptly and provides ongoing support and education to all customers.</li><li>
Conducts tactical and strategic recruitment activities including sourcing, attending / coordinating job fairs, in-person interviews, and other moderate-touch activities.</li><li>
Develops and recommends job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity.</li><li>
Ensures that all employment forms/documented information are complete and accurate.</li><li>
Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates.</li></ul><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor of Arts Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field</li><li>
In lieu of Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, 2 years recruitment experience within healthcare or related fields</li><li>
2 years recruitment experience</li><li>
Experience with process improvement</li><li>
Fluency in at least one applicant tracking system</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Master of Arts MA-HRIR or</li><li>
Masters in Business Admin</li><li>
3 years experience in healthcare in a multi-union, multi-site environment</li><li>
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP</li></ul><br>

Practice Details:</b></div><ul><li><b>
14 provider primary care</b> practice which includes 11 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.</li><li>
Patient encounters average approximately <b>15-18</b> <b>patients per day.</b></li><li><b>
Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.</b></li><li><b>
Call Frequency:</b> 3 weeks per year.</li><li><b>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.</li><li>

Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.</li><li>
