What will my day look like?
<ul>
<li>Diagnose common and diverse HVAC emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform HVAC related services</li>
<li>Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills 
</li>
<li>Competent use of modern HVAC tools/equipment</li>
<li>Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.</li>
<li>Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
</li><li>Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements and provide replacement options as necessary.</li></ul> 
 
Do I have what it takes?
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing &amp; troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.</li>
<li>Valid Texas drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history.</li>
<li>EPA certification and registered with the State of Texas</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations</li>
<li>Results driven in a high-energy environment
</li><li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently with a high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes</li>
<li>Service knowledge of 16+ seer systems and heat pumps
</li><li>Must pass background check and drug screen</li>
<li>Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather</li></ul>
