Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and professionally handle official correspondence, including legal notices, regulatory communications, and compliance documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft, review, and coordinate executive-level letters, contracts, and formal documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee finance-related coordination, including:</li></ul>✓ Liaison with Accounts &amp; Finance department✓ Invoice verification and payment follow-ups✓ Expense monitoring and financial documentation review✓ Assisting in budgeting discussions and management reporting.Supervise tax-related matters, including: ✓ Coordination with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies✓ Monitoring tax filings, statutory deadlines, and compliance requirements✓ Reviewing tax correspondence and maintaining documentation<ul><li>Maintain confidential legal, financial, and compliance records.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage executive calendar, meeting documentation, and strategic follow-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Support operational and administrative matters aligned with executive priorities.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience supporting senior management / C-Level executives preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience dealing with tax consultants or auditors will be an added advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.</li></ul><ul><li>High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul><ul><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs120,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
