Job SummaryFC Community Services is seeking an experienced and community-focused Senior Wellness Programs Manager to oversee wellness initiatives, workforce wellbeing operations, and community engagement programs across the organization.This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys developing wellness strategies, improving participant experiences, and leading operational wellness initiatives in a fast-paced service environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting wellbeing programs, strengthening engagement activities, and maintaining effective wellness operations that contribute to positive community experiences.We are looking for a proactive and organized leader with strong communication skills, wellness program management experience, and a passion for community wellbeing and operational excellence.What You'll Do<ul><li>Oversee wellness programs and community wellbeing initiatives</li><li>Develop and coordinate wellness activities, engagement campaigns, and support programs</li><li>Monitor participation metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and program effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to support wellness-related operational initiatives</li><li>Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for wellness events and community activities</li><li>Prepare wellness reports, operational summaries, and program performance updates for leadership</li><li>Support community outreach initiatives and participant engagement strategies</li><li>Maintain accurate wellness documentation, participation records, and operational reports</li><li>Improve operational procedures related to wellness coordination and service delivery</li><li>Support onboarding and awareness initiatives related to wellness and community programs</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and wellness partners as required</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to wellbeing operations and program performance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in wellness program management, employee engagement, community services, hospitality management, or operational coordination</li><li>Previous supervisory or management experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Experience managing engagement initiatives and operational wellness workflows</li><li>Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment</li><li>Professional and people-focused approach to operational leadership</li><li>Experience with reporting tools, scheduling systems, and operational documentation preferred</li><li>Degree or diploma in Wellness Management, Community Services, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li></ul>Why Work With UsAt FC Community Services, we believe wellness and community support are essential to creating positive and productive environments.
