We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Content Creator to be the primary face and voice of our brand on TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram Reels.This isn't a typical content role. You'll be getting in on the ground floor, working directly with the founding team to build our social presence from a place of authenticity. If you live on TikTok, genuinely love the wellness space, and are a natural in front of the camera, this is the perfect role for you.What You&rsquo;ll DoAs a core creator within our marketing department, you'll be wearing multiple hats. Your primary responsibilities will be to:<ul><li>Be the Face of the Brand: Serve as the primary on-camera talent for our TikTok and Instagram channels, filming ~5 high-quality, engaging videos per week.</li><li>Showcase Products in Action: Create authentic and relatable content featuring our wellness products, highlighting their use cases and benefits.</li><li>Proactive Content Creation: Actively follow key trends in the wellness space. You will be responsible for proactively scripting your own original video concepts as well as executing flawlessly from provided scripts and creative briefs.</li><li>Full Production &amp; Scheduling: Manage the full short-form video production cycle from concept to posting. This includes:</li><li>On-Site: Attending batch-filming sessions at our Santa Ana facility, Long beach, and farmers market locations at Mission Viejo, Tustin, Huntington, etc.</li><li>Remote: Editing content, adding text overlays, finding trending audio, and writing compelling captions.</li><li>Scheduling: Owning and managing the content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.</li><li>Collaborate &amp; Brainstorm: Partner directly with the founding team to pitch new ideas, identify scroll-stopping hooks, and brainstorm ways to adapt current trends to our brand.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Location: You must be based in Orange County or Los Angeles County and able to reliably commute to our Santa Ana location for required on-site shoots.</li><li>On-Camera Confidence: You are extremely comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera. Your authenticity shines through, and you have a great sense of humor.</li><li>Passion for Wellness: You have a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry, especially in food, nutrition, and cooking.</li><li>TikTok &amp; Reels Expert: You have a strong portfolio (personal or professional) that demonstrates your ability to create high-performing short-form video content. You don't just follow trends&mdash;you understand why they work.</li><li>Strong Creative Skills: You have excellent short-form writing ability for scripting scroll-stopping hooks and engaging captions (not long-form articles).</li><li>Technical Skill: Proficient in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, In-App Editors) is required. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop) is a preferred plus.</li><li>Professional &amp; Collaborative: You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
