<h2>About the Role</h2><p><a>Finanshels</a> is looking for a VAS Revenue &amp; Vendor Partnerships Executive to drive the growth of value-added financial services across our client ecosystem in the UAE.</p><p>This role involves identifying strategic partners, launching new VAS offerings, managing vendor relationships, and driving revenue growth through banking, payments, payroll, lending, insurance, and related financial products.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, experience in partnership management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.<br /> </p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Identify, onboard, and manage VAS vendor partnerships</li><li>Drive revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation</li><li>Negotiate commercials, pricing structures, and partnership agreements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and product</li><li>Build and execute go-to-market strategies for VAS offerings</li><li>Monitor revenue performance, margins, and client adoption metrics</li><li>Maintain accurate tracking of vendor pipelines, activations, and renewals</li><li>Ensure operational accuracy in contracts, pricing, and commercial documentation<br /> </li></ul><h2>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or VAS-related roles</li><li>Experience working with financial products such as banking, payments, payroll, lending, insurance, or related services</li><li>Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Understanding of pricing models, margins, and revenue generation</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional coordination</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail and execution capability<br /> </li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services</li><li>Prior exposure to vendor management or strategic partnerships</li><li>Experience handling revenue targets or commercial ownership</li><li>Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred<br /> </li></ul><h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2><ul><li>Competitive fixed salary</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>High-growth learning environment</li><li>Opportunity to build and scale a new business vertical<br /> </li></ul><h2>Location</h2><p>Dubai, UAE</p>
