We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.</p><p>
Position Summary:<br>
The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients' quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.</p><div>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li><li>Perform light housekeeping and laundry</li><li>Prepare meals and assist with feeding</li><li>Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities</li><li>Provide medication reminders (non-medical)</li><li>Accompany clients to appointments and errands</li><li>Observe and report changes in client condition</li><li>Follow care plans and agency policies</li></ul></div><div>
Qualifications:<br>
<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)</li><li>Reliable transportation preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Compassionate, dependable, and patient</li><li>Ability to assist with lifting (25&ndash;50 lbs)</li></ul></div><div>
Preferred Skills:<br>
<ul><li>CPR / First Aid Certification</li><li>Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience</li><li>CNA or HHA certification</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual is a plus</li></ul></div><div>
Schedule Options:<br>
<ul><li>Full-time / Part-time</li><li>Live-in / Overnight shifts</li><li>PRN (as needed)</li><li>Weekend availability preferred</li></ul></div><div>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:<br>
