Job Overview: 
 
For Maintenance Techs, the primary responsibility includes overall grounds, property, and building maintenance of the association. This person will ensure that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of management and the association. This person will make recommendations on repairs, replacement maintenance and implement preventive maintenance as established by Company procedures and guidelines. This person will be responsible for preventative maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, lead removal, amenity prep including pools, work orders, etc. 
 
Skills &amp; Qualifications: 
<ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades is suggested. Must be able to operate tools and equipment related to facility maintenance.</li></ul>

Maintenance Staff

<div>Description 
 
Job Overview: 
As a Junior Manger, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for assisting in the management of properties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. This individual will develop knowledge and skill in the areas of lease administration, income/expense management and administration, physical facilities management, and tenant relations. 
 
Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client&rsquo;s community&rsquo;s documents, policies and procedures.</li><li>
Assists with the field activities associated with a property or group of properties.</li><li>
Oversees the tracking and response to tenant service requests.</li><li>
Maintains tenant relation program and regular positive communication with each tenant.</li><li>
Performs quarterly property inspections.</li><li>
Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and associated vendors.</li><li>
Responsible for the development preparation and distribution of tenants&rsquo; manuals, emergency procedures and other necessary formalized tenant communication.</li><li>
Responsible for the preparation of check runs, capital trackers and funds and all other forms for approval by Community Association Manager.</li><li>
Assists in preparation of monthly reports.</li><li>
Assists in the development of operating and capital budgets.</li><li>

Two (2) years of experience as an on-site manager managing the property or building operations, such as staff and service contracts, preferred.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or related field</li><li>
Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM) preferred</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.</li><li>
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.</li><li>

Job Overview:
 
 
Perform duties to provide administrative support to all functions within the Operations department including IT, Purchasing, Operations and Banking, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice. 
 
Your Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li> 
Provide administrative support to all members of the Operations department and Management. Assist with calls/voicemails, reroute calls to appropriate area, and arrange call backs.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Handle all mailings and billings and process and track approved office supplies for all A/R offices.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Compose letters and submit them to Management for signature and approval. Assist management in the preparation of presentations as necessary.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and plan and set up conferences and events and prepare materials as necessary.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Operations Help Desk support.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Assist all members of the operations team (IT, Purchasing, Operations, Banking) in accomplishing their goals and objectives.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other communication materials.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Conduct research, prepare reports and financial data.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Attending staff meetings with operations team and staff to keep well informed, and to ensure follow-up on decisions or actions to be taken by staff.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Provide administrative support and computer skills for special projects.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Always conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Skills &amp; Qualifications: 
<ul><li>
Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university, and two to three years of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Proficiencies</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Excellent customer service skills</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Outlook. Proficiency researching the Internet.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.</li></ul>

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.</li></ul>

Job Overview: 
As a Groundskeeper, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the building/facility. 
 
Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
</li><li>Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition.</li><li>
May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.</li><li>
Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment.</li><li>
Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.</li></ul> 
 
Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.</li><li>
Must have experience using handheld tools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower and others.
</li><li>Multiple language fluency is desirable.</li><li>
Previous experience preferred.
</li><li>Must comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.</li><li>
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.</li><li>
Valid Drivers License required.</li></ul> 
 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures</li><li>
Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time</li><li>
Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3ft)</li><li>
