Job Title: Training Coordinator / Training Officer (F&amp;B / Hospitality)Location: Doha, Qatar Company: Round Table &amp; Subsidiaries (Flat White Specialty Coffee | Honoroast | Mud Pottery Studio | StretchLab)Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Coordinator / Training Officer from the F&amp;B / Hospitality industry to support the development of our front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams across multiple brands.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance service excellence, product knowledge, operational standards, and team performance, ensuring a consistent guest experience across all locations.Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Plan and execute structured training programs for Baristas, Service Staff, Kitchen Teams, Supervisors, and Managers</li><li>Conduct induction programs, onboarding training, and refresher sessions</li><li>Deliver training on:</li><li>Customer service &amp; guest experience</li><li>Coffee knowledge &amp; beverage standards</li><li>Food safety &amp; hygiene practices</li><li>SOPs and brand standards</li></ul>Learning &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs through performance reviews, audits, and feedback</li><li>Develop training materials, SOP manuals, presentations, and assessments</li><li>Support career development plans (PDPs) and internal promotions</li><li>Assist in building leadership pipelines for future supervisors and managers</li></ul>Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all employees are trained in food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards</li><li>Maintain training records and track completion using LMS or internal systems</li><li>Support audits and ensure training compliance across all branches</li></ul>Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job observation</li><li>Work closely with Operations, HR, and Store Managers to improve team performance</li><li>Track key KPIs such as:</li><li>Training completion rates</li><li>Employee performance improvement</li><li>Customer service scores</li></ul>Digital &amp; System Support<ul><li>Support implementation and usage of LMS platforms (e.g., Mapal or similar)</li><li>Maintain training dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI preferred)</li><li>Coordinate e-learning modules and certifications</li></ul>Requirements: Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in Training / L&amp;D within F&amp;B or Hospitality</li><li>Strong background in restaurants, caf&eacute;s, or hotel operations</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of F&amp;B operations and service standards</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills</li><li>Ability to train multicultural teams</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); LMS experience is a plus</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in specialty coffee training (Barista skills) is an advantage</li><li>Certification in Food Safety / HACCP / Training &amp; Development</li><li>Experience working with multi-branch operations</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic F&amp;B group</li><li>Career development and internal growth opportunities</li><li>Exposure to multi-brand hospitality operations</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Private Medical Insurance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have hands-on experience delivering training within the F&amp;B or hospitality industry (restaurants, caf&eacute;s, or hotels)?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>F&amp;B: 3 years (Required)</li><li>F&amp;B Training: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Train the Trainer (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
