Locally Hired with NOCGeneral Description: Manage all company financials and oversee general accounting operations and procedures by controlling and verifying the financial transactions including preparing month-end reports, financial forecasts, budgets and customer billing. Create, develop and maintain accounting standard policies and procedures to strengthen internal control and ensure that all financial documents are accurate in a timely manner.Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.</li><li>Work closely with team members to assist in preparing month-end close and support managers across teams with financial procedures.</li><li>Responsible for success of accurate and timely of month-end close cycle.</li><li>Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.</li><li>Responsible for assisting in the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements, and other related notes.</li><li>Research and analyze expense variances for company management.</li><li>Analyze the profits and losses of the company and determine strategies to increase profit and cut down on costs.</li><li>Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation;</li><li>Secures financial information by completing database backups.</li><li>Perform, review, and analyze broad range of complex accounting and fiscal activities in order to ensure compliance with the policies of the company.</li><li>Reconcile account balances and bank statements and maintain a ledger to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.</li><li>Facilitate meetings with Management to review performance results to ensure organization stays on track with financial goals and expectations.</li><li>Work independently and collectively to achieve stated financial goals of organization.</li><li>Supervise the accountant staff and provide them guidance and feedback regarding their performances.</li><li>Performs other duties as directed by the Management</li><li>Lead and execute accurate year-end book closing, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations</li><li>Oversee general ledger operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and financial analysis.</li></ul>Certification (Advantage)<ul><li>Inter CA or CMA, Certification in IFRS</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
