Responsible for a variety of recruitment activities ensure the organization&rsquo;s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.</div></div><div></div><div><div><b>

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Prepare internal and external social media job advertisements, web postings, and specifications in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s recruitment standards and business needs.</div></li><li><div>
Shortlist candidates liaise with agencies, and coordinate candidate interviews.</div></li><li><div>
Review and follow up to applications according to Global Service Level Agreement.</div></li><li><div>
Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Follow up to inquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies about the organization&rsquo;s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies without compromising the organization&rsquo;s standards of privacy and secrecy.</div></li><li><div>
Build candidate relationships to foster positive candidate experience as well as future pipeline.</div></li><li><div>
Utilize skill-based interviewing techniques to test rank, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization&rsquo;s recruitment policies.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with stakeholders to prepare job offer components.</div></li><li><div>
Develop strong internal customer relationships with hiring teams as well as cross-functional HR teams that foster a talent acquisition business partnership keen on business goals.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.</div></li><li><div>
Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.</div></li><li><div>
Make sure all stakeholders follow Flex&acute;s internal processes and relevant policies.</div></li><li><div>

Bachelors' with 5+ years of experience or a combination of education, experience and/or training.</div></li><li><div>

Collect, review and analyze dosimetry results to support irradiation process.</div></li><li><div>

Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and associated computer software.</div></li><li><div>
Identification and issuance of Alert/OOL forms for out of limit results. May be required to conduct investigations into Alert/OOL excursions.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure laboratory area is maintained in a GMP state at all times while following all EHS and 5S guidelines.</div></li><li><div>

Job Summary</div><div>
Responsible for creating and assessing standard work instructions in the production area, and coaching, assisting and training the employees in their job responsibilities.</div><div></div><div>
Principle Accountabilities:</div><ul><li>
Create and support standard work and training practices.</li><li>
Update individual employee training tracking as necessary.</li><li>
Validate training effectiveness through the audit process.</li><li>
Train and coach the employees in the Trainer/Operator position to ensure confidence and success for Flex.</li><li>
Provide support and documentation expertise to CPI events and initiatives (edit standard work documentation, oversee training/retraining and provide suggestions on what training tools would be most effective) as necessary.</li><li>
Assure and conduct high quality, calibrated training across all sites.</li><li>
Assure and conduct uniform assimilation of equipment, processes and products within site.</li><li>
Partner in safety and quality training within the site.</li><li>
Develop themselves and others to support organizational readiness.</li><li>
Act as a liaison for &ldquo;Best Practice&rdquo; communication across the sites.</li><li>
Publish communications and updates through the established structure and network as necessary.</li><li>
Update area Training Boards on a weekly basis with pertinent information (Weekly Trainer schedules, updates, etc).</li><li>
Ability to manage projects and work in a cross functional team.</li></ul><div>
Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the department.</div><div>
