The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in equity research, valuation, financial modeling, portfolio strategy, and market analysis, with the ability to support investment decisions through data-driven insights and professional reporting.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting senior management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct detailed research on listed equities, sectors, and macroeconomic indicators.</li><li>Analyze financial statements, business models, and industry trends.</li><li>Prepare detailed valuation reports and price targets for investment decision-making.</li><li>Prepare professional research reports, investment presentations, and performance updates.</li><li>Evaluate market risk, sector exposure, and company-specific risk factors.</li><li>Provide investment insights and market briefings.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>CFA Qualified (Level III cleared / CFA Charter-holder preferred).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial instruments, and investment strategies.</li><li>Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and research writing.</li><li>Excellent understanding of macroeconomic and industry-level analysis.</li></ul>Preferred Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>2+ years of experience in Equity Research / Portfolio Management / Investment Advisory / Asset Management.</li><li>Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.</li><li>Excellent report writing and communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Market Competitive Salary (Based on Experience).</li><li>Performance-based incentives (if applicable).</li><li>Professional growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
