This role is crucial for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Present and promote Floret Capitals' products and services to potential clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Attend relevant industry events and network to promote the company's services.</li></ul>Requirements/Qualification: <ul><li>Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services or commodities trading industry.</li><li>Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: 40,000 &ndash; 50,000 (Based on experience)</li><li>Paid casual, sick leaves and short leaves on monthly basis.</li><li>Opportunities for skill development and career growth.</li></ul>If you're passionate about sales and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced financial environment, we'd love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
