Friedman also manages over 18M square feet of commercial property, as well as 16,000 multi-family units across the country. The deep operational experience of our professional management team proves very valuable to Friedman brokers looking to help their clients navigate complex transactions. Friedman brokers can earn referrals for introducing new commercial and multi-family property management clients.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Canvass prospective self-storage clients and leads through a variety of approaches.</li><li>
Arrange meetings and calls with prospective clients.</li><li>
Implement strategies set forth by team leader.</li><li>
Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material.</li><li>
Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately sell exclusively represented self-storage assets.</li><li>
Schedule and conduct site tours.</li><li>
Accompany and assist brokers at client meetings.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
College degree required.</li><li>
Real Estate Salesperson&rsquo;s License, or the ability to procure a license through education and testing.</li><li>
Knowledge of relevant real estate, brokerage, ethical, and other rules.</li><li>
Professional presence, with the ability to build strong client relationships.</li><li>
Thrive in a competitive entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Analytical and creative problem-solving ability.</li><li>

Self-Storage Investment Sales Brokers

<div>Are you ready to connect with potential residents seeking a new home? This position is created for a certain individual that has high energy, great communication and sales skills. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of the community. We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Clerical duties as required</li><li>
Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features</li><li>
Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments</li><li>
Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Positive attitude and professional demeanor</li><li>
Candidates must have a valid drivers license</li><li>
Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays</li><li>
Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required</li><li>
Candidates must have leasing or property management experience</li><li>

This position is designed for an individual that has high energy as well as great multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills. In this management role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of our community!

AP/AR</li><li>
Rent collections</li><li>
Interacting with residents</li><li>
Daily/weekly &amp; monthly reporting</li><li>
