We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant with prior industrial experience to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a good understanding of accounting principles, and basic to intermediate tax knowledge. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and transactions</li><li>Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and invoices</li><li>Support accounts payable and receivable functions</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters</li><li>Support audits and compliance requirements</li><li>Assist with basic tax-related work such as GST/VAT, TDS, or other statutory filings (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
