We currently have a vacancy for a Leading Hand to join our Metro Civils Infrastructure Services team where you will be working on multiple projects around Sydney metro area.</div><div></div><div>
You'll be a proven leader who can support and motivate site teams &ndash; ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.</div><div></div><div>
Core responsibilities will include:</div><ul><li>
Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS and leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements;</li><li>
Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors;</li><li>
Coordinating with the engineering team to develop and maintain project programs;</li><li>
Providing weekly/monthly program updates;</li><li>
Recording daily productivity targets and documenting delays and issues;</li><li>
Managing/monitoring project costs;</li><li>
Resolving daily site issues;</li><li>
Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures;</li><li>
Giving feedback to the Project Manager on individual and team performance, safety, quality and timeliness of work.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Fulton Hogan is looking for an Plant Operator to join our Metro Civil team based in the Sydney Metro area, upgrading state and local government infrastructure including road reconstruction, intersections and drainage to provide the region with better connections for the community.</div><div></div><div>
You'll have experience in operating machinery in a civil construction environment, and be driven to support and motivate site teams &ndash; ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.</div><div></div><div><i>
Core responsibilities will include:</i></div><ul><li><div>
Valid and current driver&rsquo;s licence &ndash; HR/MR desirable</div></li><li><div>
Experience &amp; ticketed to operate excavators and skid steers with any other tickets in the operation of complex plant and machinery &ndash; graders, dozers etc &ndash; desirable</div></li><li><div>
Earth works experience</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work in a team &amp; achieve quality work outcomes</div></li><li><div>
Availability to work overtime, weekends / nights when required</div></li><li><div>
Construction induction card</div></li><li><div>
There is a requirement for travel across regional NSW, with roster cycles and shifts available when travelling.</div></li><li><div>
Nightshift may also be required to be worked from time to time.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
