We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations on site. You will ensure construction activities are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Day to day you will:</div><div></div><ul><li><div>
Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.</div></li><li><div>
Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations.</div></li><li><div>

What&rsquo;s on offer?</i></div><div>
As a Contracts Manager you will provide clear direction and focus on contractual activities including subcontract agreements, cost control and reporting, commercial claims, commercial reporting, risk and opportunity identification and management which is required for civil infrastructure and engineering construction projects. You will have the ability to work autonomously while administering and managing multiple subcontract packages. Your responsibilities will include the quantification and pricing of the scope of works, undertaking commercial reviews of tender documentation and reviewing and advising on cost plan estimates, submission documentation, risk/opportunity management and value engineering.</div><div></div><div>
You are someone who can communicate efficiently and effectively at all organisational levels from executives to engineers and administrators, as well as with external clients, subcontractors &amp; suppliers. You will also be able to:</div><div></div><ul><li>

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven manager to develop and oversee our Fulton Hogan Trenchless Technologies business nationally. Currently the Trenchless Technologies business specialises in delivering non-destructive digging, service locating, pipe cracking, minor civils and horizontal directional drilling (9 rigs), primarily servicing the broader Fulton Hogan businesses. The Trenchless Technologies business seeks to expand its market share and capabilities to other services including relining, tunnelling and other trenchless technologies.</div><div></div><div>
You will be working with a committed executive team to develop opportunities and the business. You will also oversee and ensure the delivery of projects, to the highest of safety and quality standards.</div><div></div><div>
In this role you'll be responsible for:</div><ul><li><div>
