Responsibilities:-Warmly greet costumers as they come in. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the counter, via phone, and text.- Tag and mark in incoming laundry orders. Accurately enter garment descriptions into the computer system.-Accurately assemble, inspect, and bag outgoing orders.-Make outbound text to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues.-Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely mannerSkills:-Excellent Customer service a must.- customer service experience preferred, but not required - Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently-Willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.-Strong organizational skills.-Attention to detail.-Efficient at multitasking.We are looking to hire for 2 shiftsFulltime Morning shift: Mondays 7AM-6PM, Tuesdays-Fridays 7AM-1PMPart-time Afternoon shift: Tuesdays-Fridays 1PM-6PM, Saturdays 9AM-5PMTraining and interviews conducted in Seattle at: Corrys Fine Drycleaning 4640 Union Bay Pl Ne, Seattle WA 98105Job Type: Part-timePay: $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
