Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta/Google campaigns across multiple client brands &mdash; fast turnaround, high volume</li><li>Build and maintain creative systems per brand: templates, design libraries, and reusable formats that keep output consistent without looking repetitive</li><li>Translate ad copy, proof points, and offers into visuals that actually communicate the hook &mdash; not just &quot;make it pretty&quot;</li><li>Design organic social content (page posts, branded graphics) following brand guidelines Iterate quickly based on performance feedback &mdash; if a creative isn't working, adjust the visual hierarchy, messaging emphasis, or format and re-test</li><li>Work from AI-generated image outputs (Gemini/Midjourney-style assets) and refine/composite them into finished ad creatives</li><li>Manage multiple client brand identities simultaneously without mixing up tone, color palettes, or fonts</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Self-starter who can take a rough brief and run with it &mdash; we're not looking for someone who needs every detail spelled out or asks for sign-off at every step. If you spot a better way to execute something, take initiative and show us, don't just wait for instructions.</li><li>2+ years of design experience, ideally with direct-response or performance marketing work (not just brand/print design)</li><li>Strong portfolio showing ad creatives &mdash; not just branding decks or social aesthetics</li><li>Proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalent); After Effects or Canva motion skills a plus</li><li>An eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll &mdash; understanding of visual hierarchy, contrast, and how to lead the eye to the offer</li><li>Ability to work fast across multiple briefs/brands in a single day without quality dropping Strong written English for understanding briefs and giving feedback to the team</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and manage email/SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) in Klaviyo or similar platforms</li><li>Plan and execute campaign calendars &mdash; promos, product launches, seasonal sends &mdash; tailored to each brand's audience and tone</li><li>Drive measurable revenue from each client's email/SMS list &mdash; treating it as a sales channel, not a content checkbox</li><li>Write or brief copy that matches each brand's voice, balancing promotional and value-driven content</li><li>Segment lists strategically &mdash; not blasting everyone the same message A/B test subject lines, send times, layouts, and offers, and act on the data</li><li>Monitor deliverability, open rates, click rates, and revenue per email/flow &mdash; diagnose and fix underperformance</li><li>Coordinate with the design team for email templates/graphics and with the ads team to align messaging across channels</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>2+ years hands-on experience running email marketing for e-commerce/DTC brands, ideally in Klaviyo (or Mailchimp/Omnisend with willingness to learn Klaviyo fast)</li><li>A track record you can point to: specific flows/campaigns you built and the revenue or engagement impact they had</li><li>Strong written English &mdash; you'll be writing or closely directing copy</li><li>Understanding of segmentation, deliverability basics, and how email ties into the broader customer lifecycle</li><li>Ownership mentality &mdash; you treat each client's list like it's your own business.</li><li>You don't wait to be told what to send next; you spot opportunities and act</li><li>Self-starter who can take a rough brief and run with it &mdash; we're not looking for someone who needs every detail spelled out or asks for sign-off at every step.</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
