</div><div>The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for disseminating Engineering projects and workloads for all Engineers assigned to his section. The Engineering TL is responsible for advising and assisting the Engineering Manager with developing and enforcing of the customer management quality system.<br>

Responsible for overall management of department engineers to ensure management requirements are fulfilled.<br>
2. Expected to clearly communicate the timeline, scope and risks to all stakeholders for the deliverables.<br>
3. Work closely with Production and management to ensure that work is being prioritized appropriately<br>
4. Ensures Engineers have technical skills to accomplish their assigned tasks.<br>
5. Plans and accomplishes department tasks and challenging projects and other work activities under the minimal direction of manager.<br>
6. Issue progress status reports to department manager of the different projects being executed by the department engineers.<br>
7. Understand and complete all QA/QC policies and procedures to maintain the high quality standards expected of designs and project specifications

8. Implement approved Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department work programs in line with Company and customer standards and requirements.

 </div><div>Minimum of 15 Years 8 year's experience in aviation engineering/ maintenance 4 of which in leading position.

Experience in mechanical components and electronic equipment analysis.<br>

 Full conversant with aircraft regulatory requirements and maintenance documentations.<br>
<br>
 Advanced computer qualification, with emphasis on condition monitoring, stress analysis and design software.</div></div><div></div>

Team Lead - Engineering

<div></div><div><div>Overview
</div><div>Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor on all related maintenance operations.
<br>
Carry out directives from Maintenance Supervsior. Accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and performs 1st and 2nd line maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all assigned aircraft. Follow proper maintenance documenattion in the ERP system used ( AADMIS) and on hard copies of aircraft logbooks and other forms and records. Coordinate with other team members on the daily maintenance priorities.<br>
<br>
Will also be responsible for:<br>
<br>
1. Services, repairs and overhauls aircrafts to ensure airworthiness, in accordance with approved methods and procedures.<br>
2. Performing, coordinating and/or overseeing the work and any periodic inspections to be done on an aircraft whether is alone, or with the assistance of other mechanics and/or workers.<br>
3. Is responsible for coordinating the work of other workers in other trades to work simultaneously on the aircraft.<br>
4. Serves as the technical authority to advise on, examine, and approve all airframe, mechanical, electrical, and pneudraulic repairs to the assigned aircraft.<br>
5. Checks all functional and support systems.<br>
6. Determines what systems are malfunctioning; searches repair directives, technical orders, and manuals to determine repairs needed.<br>
7. Determines when the nature and scope of repair involves other trades, e.g., engine mechanics, electricians, electronics mechanics, or integrated systems mechanics and coordinate the work of these individuals with the other trades.<br>
8. Checks/reviews the work of other trades to ensure completion when working with other trades
<br>
9. Conducts functional tests of repairs and modifications to ensure proper operation.<br>
10. Is responsible for grounding an aircraft when the severity of a malfunction warrants it and may be responsible for releasing the aircraft to service after repairs are completed and tested.<br>
11. Inspects and prepares forms and records related to maintenance in accordance with OEM Manua and customer regulations<br>
12. Train host national personnel on the proper maintenance of aircraft.<br>
13. Must be willing to travel or relocate to Forward Operating Bases (FOB) in support of the aircraft maintenance program.

14. Responsible for tools and equipment inventory assigned by the supervisor.

<ul><li>Must have current and valid documentation showing type of training or a completion of a formal aircraft maintenance training course from an accredited military or civilian aeronautical school.</li><li>Military training school graduate preferred but not required.</li><li>Must have EASA or FAA A&amp;P License or equivalent certification with no prior FAR violations.</li><li>Must have a good working knowledge of all computer office applications.</li></ul></div>

 </div><div>- Must have 5-10 years experience working on fixed wings aircraft maintenance.<br>
<ul><li>Must have thorough knowledge on use of common tools, special tools, hardware, and equipment used in the maintenance of aircraft.</li><li>Must be quality oriented.</li><li>Must possess knowledge of aeronautical regulations.</li></ul></div></div><div></div>

Engineer - Airframe

</div><div>Safety Officer will serve as principal advisor to the Ground Safety Manager and Program Manager on all ground safety matters. Responsible for advising and aiding the Ground Safety Manager in developing and managing a command ground safety program The Ground Safety Officer will be required to coordinate all ground safety matters among the Command&rsquo;s Staff and will maintain and report appropriate detailed ground safety records and mishap statistics and recommend and establish required corrective safety actions. Additionally, Ground Safety Officer is responsible to collect, analyze and communicate actionable information to assist Commanders in preserving/protecting military combat resources.<br>
<br>
Also will be responsible for:<br>
<br>
1. The formulation of a safety managment system for all ground activity,<br>
2. The incorporation of safety standards and procedures for all ground functions and activities.<br>
3. The coordination of all safety matters among an organization staff.<br>
4. The formal investigation of ground mishaps and incidents.<br>
5. The identification of hazards and risk in daily ground activity.<br>
6. The establishment of a Safety Council for the purpose of setting goals, managing assets, and reviews safety-related requirements and recommendations.<br>
7. The tracking and reporting of safety deficiencies, inspection, incidents, violations and corrective action.<br>
8. The practices and promotion of safety awareness.<br>
9. The establishment of safety training to promote hazard awareness and the safety integrate in unit activities.<br>
10. Collect, analyze and communicating actionable information to assist Commanders in preserving/protecting military combat resources.<br>
11. Collaborate with customer safety &amp; standarization on regular basis and convey ground safety incident reports once occured.
<br>
12. Establish and promote a Just Safety Culture for the program.
