We are looking for an experienced and reliable Foreman to join our Aluminium Division in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage aluminium fabrication and installation works on site.</li><li>Lead and monitor a team of fabricators and fitters to ensure productivity and quality.</li><li>Read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.</li><li>Coordinate daily site activities and report progress to Project Engineer.</li><li>Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and project timelines.</li><li>Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of aluminium materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.</li><li>Attend site meetings when required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in aluminium fabrication and installation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, and related works.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>How much is your salary expectations?</li></ul>

To strengthen our Aluminium Division, we are looking for a skilled Facade Designer with expertise in aluminium systems and facade engineering.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for aluminium facades, curtain walls, doors, windows, skylights, and cladding systems.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models in line with project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal production teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.</li><li>Select appropriate aluminium systems, finishes, and materials considering performance, durability, and cost.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international standards, safety codes, and project requirements.</li><li>Provide technical support during production, installation, and site execution.</li><li>Stay updated with latest facade technologies and aluminium system innovations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>Proven years of experience in aluminium facade design.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing details.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other facade design software.</li><li>Good understanding of structural, thermal, and acoustic performance of facade systems.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How much is your expected salary?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
