<b>How you'll make an impact</b><div><br>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll dive into research and analysis to help clients navigate complex international benefits. You&rsquo;ll prepare recommendations, create reports, and draft presentations that guide decision-making. Your work will include designing benefits packages, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements, and responding to HR-related questions. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with team members to deliver solutions and improve processes. Every day, you&rsquo;ll help shape benefits programs that support employees worldwide.</div><br>

<b>About You</b><div><br>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree and at least 3 years of experience in an analytical role or international benefits.</div><div>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of database systems.</div><div>
Strong research skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.</div><div>
Experience in business, accounting, finance, or human resources is a plus.</div><div>
Specialized knowledge in global regions like EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America is preferred.</div><div>
Fluency in foreign languages and client account management experience are desirable.</div><div>
You&rsquo;re detail-oriented, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.</div><br>

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
