The Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking a talented and technically proficient <b>Senior Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer</b> to join our dynamic Business Enablement team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting captivating motion graphics and video content that support our organization&rsquo;s goals.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with senior designers and lead your own projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative excellence while managing your workload effectively. You will also oversee the timely and efficient delivery of content, helping to streamline the transition of shared services functions to internal stakeholders, while providing innovative creative solutions.</div><div>
Your expertise in video production, camera work, and motion graphics will be critical in producing high-quality, engaging video content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand identity. Designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual solutions for a variety of business needs, with a focus on storytelling through both motion graphics and live-action video.</li><li>
Project Management: Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.</li><li>
Providing videography expertise, with hands-on experience in camera operation, lens choices, framing, and shot composition.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a larger team on media-focused areas of projects. Mentoring junior designers, offering creative guidance and constructive feedback to ensure a high standard of work across the team.</li><li>
Meet Deadlines: Overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all content meets brand standards, deadlines, and technical specifications.</li><li>
Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with production and leads regarding schedules and deadlines.</li><li>
Workload Management: Take responsibility for your own workload, time management, and feedback actions required by supervisors.</li><li>
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and work to client brand guidelines.</li><li>
Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to improve their skills.</li><li><b>

7+ years of experience in motion design and video editing.</li><li>

 We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our team. You will work under the supervision of the senior designers in the team and work on a broad range of projects for our impressive client list. This includes executing ideas and collaborating with other designers, copywriters, project managers, and business stakeholders.

 The role requires you to understand the principles of motion design and have a keen interest in both 2D and 3D animation and video editing. You will be technically proficient across different skills within motion design, with a positive attitude and love for creative problem solving and finding solutions. You will be passionate about design craft and sweating the small details.

  How You'll Make An Impact

   Taking briefs and direction from Creative Directors, Senior Designers and consultants to execute motion graphics animations for a diverse array of projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the concepting phase of briefs
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver engaging motion design and animation projects for said briefs
  </li>
  <li>
   Create style frames, storyboards, motion tests.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work collaboratively as part of a larger team on the media focused areas of projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Meeting schedules and project deadlines
  </li>
  <li>
   Ongoing communication with production and leads regarding schedules and deadlines
  </li>

   Taking responsibility for own workload, time management and notes/feedback actions required by Supervisors
