 Stella Health Navigation aims to provide the guidance and care of a nurse to the plan members who need it the most. We simplify the healthcare journey, enhance partner solutions, and build trust-based relationships, supported by advanced analytics and integration with high-value partners.
 
 The ideal candidate will hold active compact licensure and be Spanish Bilingual. This role will operate Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm Eastern.
 
 
 
 We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Stella Health Navigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our members with their health needs, understanding their health benefits, and connecting them to partner solutions. This position involves educating members on their health conditions, scheduling doctor appointments, and providing guidance on navigating the healthcare system.

 About You
 
 
 
 
 Required:

 Degree from applicable program of training and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent within the state of practice or states in which Case Management is performed.
 
 
 </li>

 Bachelor's degree preferred.
 </li>

 Certification in related field preferred.
 </li>

 Experience in care navigation, case management, or a related field is preferred.

 Experience in scheduling and coordinating healthcare services.

 How You'll Make An Impact

 Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.

 Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
 </li>

 Provide exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process

 Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.

 As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:

 Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.

 Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
