<div>Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Opportunity with Galt Phranchisee, Grit Rx, LLC., for the Trenton, NJ territory 
This is an opportunity to be employed or contracted with a Galt Phranchisee, Grit Rx, LLC., who is licensed to promote and market Galt Pharmaceutical&rsquo;s products in the Trenton, NJ territory. 
Galt Management Services provides Business Development and Territory Management for Galt Phranchise Business Owners who are licensed to market Galt Pharmaceutical&rsquo;s products. Galt&rsquo;s pharmaceutical offerings are developed to enhance the quality of life of patients with products that meet unmet clinical needs. Current products marketed are in the sleep, pain and oral thrush markets. 
The role of the Business Development Representative is to develop and manage accounts within the territory through provider offices and retail distribution, while effectively managing expenses. The Business Development Representative position requires a unique set of business skills (e.g. financial and data analysis) to profitably manage franchise activities as a surrogate for the Phranchise Owner. This position requires sales experience with a Business Owner mentality. Incumbents and candidates who possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to identify both opportunities and solutions that result in a value-based relationship with accounts as well as profitably make a return on investment for the Phranchise Owner are well suited for this dynamic and challenging position. 
Responsibilities: 
Business Development
<ul>
<li>Develops the territory franchise as a business profit center.</li>
<li>Develops the business plan to achieve sales goals which includes Account Identification, Marketing Initiatives, Expense Allocations, and Time Management.</li>
<li>Develops a minimum of 20 accounts which result in &ldquo;Galt 10&rdquo; parameters.</li>
<li>Develops strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies.</li>
<li>Participates in Territory Business Reviews with Phranchise Owners.</li>
<li>Collaborates with corporate business functions (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales) to share creativity and results which leads to best practices across the organization.</li></ul> 


Territory Management
<ul>
<li>Represents Galt Pharmaceuticals through a demonstrated understanding of Galt&rsquo;s Vision and Principles.</li>
<li>Understands the social/political culture of communities within the franchised territory.</li>
<li>Performs data analysis to evaluate targeting, trends and prospecting.</li>
<li>Uses tools such as CRM, sales and prescription data to measure performance and activities.</li>
<li>Approaches territory management through people centricity rather than by targeting competitive products.</li>
<li>Represents Galt Pharmaceuticals within the territory as &ldquo;A Better Way&rdquo; to deliver pharmaceutical care, one patient at a time.</li>
<li>Prepares for and adapts to changes in the business, territory and market that results in continued growth of accounts.</li>
<li>Makes sound financial decisions saving on time and expenses.</li>
<li>When required, work with accounting and compliance departments to assist with collecting any payments, and required documentation for pharmacy accounts.</li>
<li>Implements efficient routing and execution of market strategy in healthcare offices, pharmacies, physicians, and anchor pharmacies based upon the Galt Sales Process.</li></ul>

<li>Works with accounts to solve problems, bringing value to the business and focused care to customers, and application(s) of product knowledge and benefits.</li>

<li>Actively listens to internal and external stakeholders to identify barriers, gaps and opportunities.</li>
<li>Facilitates solutions through excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of both the business and customer.</li></ul>

<li>1-2 years of B2B, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.</li>

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Opportunity with Galt Phranchisee, Grit Rx, LLC., for the Trenton, NJ territory

<div>Lead Generation Specialist 
In this key role, you'll report to the Chief Franchise Officer and you'll collaborate closely with the Franchise Development and Franchise Operations Teams. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential franchisees to generate new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline through cold calling (a minimum of 100 calls per week). Ability to utilize LinkedIn and alternate social media platforms for prospecting, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify, research, and contact potential clients to generate new franchisee sales opportunities and qualify leads is required. Candidates with experience in Inside Sales are encouraged to apply. 
This is a full-time salaried role with medical benefits, paid time-off and holiday pay benefits! We offer a hybrid, coworking and flex office space environment. Galt offers a 4-day work week, Monday thru Thursday (36 hrs.) and our office space is in the Atlanta&ndash;Cumberland, Vinings vicinity! 
Core Responsibilities:

<li>Crafts messaging and campaigns that highlight the franchise opportunity's unique value proposition across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and social media messaging, to introduce GPS and franchise opportunity.</li>
<li>Targets prospects by using data-driven insights to define ideal &quot;qualified&quot; candidate profiles while focusing on individuals with the financial capacity, entrepreneurial mindset, and cultural fit.</li>
<li>Leads prospective buyers through a structured engagement funnel-from initial inquiry to signing day-while assessing readiness, motivation, alignment and culture fit.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Director, Franchise Development and team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, and refine targeting strategies and lead source effectiveness based on conversion data to improve the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.</li>
<li>Contacts prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media messaging, to introduce Galt and its franchise offerings.
</li><li>Engages with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the Galt's Franchisees, using predefined criteria.</li>
<li>Captures and updates prospect data and interactions in the CRM system to ensure Franchise Development can respond promptly and effectively.</li>
<li>Contributes to the overall franchisee sales pipeline by consistently generating a steady flow of potential new business.
</li><li>Participates in weekly check-ins with the Chief Franchise O&#64259;cer to review progress, milestones, and expectations.</li>
<li>Provides progress reports to the Chief Franchise Officer, CEO, and other stakeholders, documenting key milestones, and ensuring effective communication, as needed.
</li><li>Stays current with new prospective trends and Galt product offerings.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Professional Skills:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing preferred.
</li><li>1-2 years in Inside Sales, cold calling or relevant experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with LinkedIn and other prospecting tools, strong communication skills necessary for outreach.</li>
<li>Pro&#64257;ciency with Microsoft O&#64259;ce (spreadsheets, word processing and PowerPoint), and internet research.</li>
<li>Expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales progress preferred.
</li><li>Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages, conducting discovery calls, and building relationships.
</li><li>Must be results-driven, organized, and possess a resilient attitude.</li>

</li><li>Must be proactive and able to handle rejection, which is a common part of cold outreach and lead generation.</li></ul>
