 <ul>

 GAP Medical is seeking an eager Medical Device Sales Rep to join&nbsp;our sales force. This position will be based in the state of Wisconsin. The Sales Rep will be responsible for developing new customer accounts, along with&nbsp;maintaining current customer relationships. This&nbsp;position&nbsp;includes but is not limited to:&nbsp;surgical device coverage within the OR, product training to MDs and the surgery staff,&nbsp;sales&nbsp;calling and setting meetings, billing, and customer follow-up/service.&nbsp;Only apply if you have 2-3 years of previous surgical medical device sales experience and time in the OR.

 This is a dynamic sales position in which the candidate is expected to be a self starter, motivated, and organized.&nbsp;Non-traditional working hours may apply, depending on surgery schedules. This position&nbsp;may require&nbsp;2-3K miles or more of windshield time&nbsp;per&nbsp;month.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities and Duties:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain customer accounts within the designated sales territory by being the primary point of contact to serve customer needs.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong customer relationships.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in training surgeons and surgical staff on proper use of surgical implants.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer complaints and needs within a timely manner.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demos, product in-services, and procedure observation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and sales goals.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold all quality control policies outlined within company guidelines.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage territory with integrity and in accordance with company's Code of Conduct.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage sales territory by obtaining PO numbers, filling orders, managing inventory at office and hospital, ordering surgical equipment, and&nbsp;responding to email/phone correspondence in a timely matter.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 New account acquisition via cold calling and lead generation.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Clinical excellence in your respected area of expertise.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or greater is required.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 1 1/2 to 2+ years of sales experience, in medical device sales.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist experience a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Aptitude to learn independently and help train others.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude and a team player who likes working in a fast paced environment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while still maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Driver's Licence&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
