Job summary:</b><br>
Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You&rsquo;ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you&rsquo;ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you&rsquo;re the one making sure everything runs smoothly&mdash;an essential part of the team&rsquo;s success.</div><div><b><br>
Your role &amp; qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma;</li><li>
6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);</li><li>
Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;</li><li>
Proactive team player who takes ownership;</li><li>
Customer-first mindset&mdash;you know your work powers the experience;</li><li>
Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);</li><li>
Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).</li></ul><div><b>
