Gateway Group of Companies looking for Workshop Supervisor with minimum of 7-10 years experience in UAE in the field of Heavy equipment and Transport.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervision &amp; Coordination: Supervise daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth operation of repair and maintenance jobs.</li><li>Maintenance Management: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy machinery and vehicles.</li><li>JALTEST MULTI-BRAND DIAGNOSTIC TOOL: JalTest Soft, with integrated JalTest Info. Should know how to operate and Diagnostic the issues &amp; Software updates for full commercial vehicles</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety Control: Enforce workshop safety procedures and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).</li><li>Inventory &amp; Documentation: Monitor spare parts stock, raise requisitions, and follow up with the procurement department</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Training: Train and guide mechanics and technicians to improve their technical skills.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Communication: Prepare daily/weekly reports on workshop activities, equipment status, and downtime.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of earth-moving and construction equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Liebherr, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, maintenance software).</li></ul>For further please send your resume at hr@gatewaygulfuae.ae with the subject of mentioned position or WhatsApp us on +971 58 198 9885.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Heavy Machineries Workshop Supervisor: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
