Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to handle a variety of heavy machinery used in construction, excavation, roadwork, or other industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or graders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction or job sites.</li><li>Inspect, maintain, and report equipment condition before and after use.</li><li>Follow project plans and directions from supervisors to complete tasks.</li><li>Load and unload materials and machinery as needed.</li><li>Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.</li><li>Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.</li><li>Assist crew members in other duties as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator.</li><li>Valid operator certification/license, if required.</li><li>Familiarity with various types of machinery (e.g., excavators, skid steers, backhoes).</li><li>Ability to read plans or blueprints (a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of safety procedures.</li><li>Physical stamina and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
