May provide treatment by methods of including preventative measures, drugs and surgery.<br>

Diagnose and design a plan of treatment for injuries and/or illness. May prescribe or administer medications. Prepares, maintains, and reviews records that include patients' histories, examination findings, treatment plans, or outcomes.</li></ul><p><br>

Responsible for the creation and management of assigned medical educational programming content areas. As a representative for education to the larger education community, is responsible for meeting with appropriate stakeholders, assessing available resources, understanding accreditation needs and content creation. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff to develop solutions that enhance educational programming.<br>

Job Duties</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Works directly with stakeholders to ensure that quality assigned content is delivered in a timely manner. Ensures content solutions meet departmental/accreditation guidelines as appropriate.</p></li><li><p>
Provides as needed, educational activities that supports the development of faculty, fellows, residents, students, and other healthcare professions, working closely with the education administration.</p></li><li><p>
Supports the Education Manager and Director in curriculum/program development, delivery, and evaluation.</p></li><li><p>
Supports the Education Manager and Director with a periodic review of current/long term projects and their relationship in enhancing the educational mission at Geisinger.</p></li><li><p>
Produces and coordinates educational content in conjunction with Education team members (Education Specialists, Program Administrators, Sr. Program Administrators, Program Managers and Coordinators).</p></li><li><p>
Coordinates activities and work flow with departments to provide services as needed or requested by stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Produces the materials that support the curriculum, including preparation for didactics, readings, conferences, podcasts, webinars, materials, etc.</p></li><li><p>
Conducts assessment and evaluation of activities as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Assesses and analyzes current educational offerings and recommends changes where appropriate to department leadership on an ongoing basis</p></li><li><p>
