Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually appealing designs for social media platforms, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts</li><li>
Assist in the creation of social media content such as infographics, banners, social media posts, and advertisements to engage and attract target audiences</li><li>
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different social media channels</li><li>
Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team</li><li>
Support the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and projects</li><li>
Edit and retouch images to enhance visual impact and optimize them for social media platforms</li><li>
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in design elements, typography, and grammar</li><li>
Adapt quickly to changes in project requirements and priorities, maintaining a flexible and positive attitude</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Sound graphic design fundamentals</li><li>
Ability to maintain brand standards</li><li>
Social media-minded curator</li><li>
Ability to solve problems visually</li><li>
Foundational photography skills including lighting, composition, and retouching</li><li>
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Team player, avid collaborator passionate for creativity and innovation</li><li>

Excellent written and communication skills</li></ul>
