<div><ul><li> Create schedule for trimming, machine trimming of flower or smalls, quality control and packing of finished goods.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Make sure Supervisors follow the workplan and communicate adjustments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Schedule with distribution for availability of trucks for delivery of product and materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage labor associated with each job.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Oversee costs of labor and materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Report back to growing team for any quality issues there might be.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Make sure lab samples are prepared to be sent out with the Processing Inventory Team.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Continuously work on improvements and efficiencies of processes and equipment for ergonomics, overall performance, and quality of product.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Set climate specs for cannabis inventory.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Set incentive pay goals for trimmers and report actual bonus pay.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Approval of schedules for Supervisors and Leads.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Create quality specs for every job in the department.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Cover for Supervisors, if needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Oversee that Supervisors communicate from one shift to another.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage accuracy of data and report any issues to the finance team.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Have communication with Inventory to make sure there is enough product to work on.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Make sure the product has a proper cure.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Give Sales update on quality of product and offer a heads-up for any lower quality product.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Create a safe work environment to avoid injuries to employees. Report any issues to Director of Safety.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Follow up with maintenance to resolve any issues with equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Report any issues with employees to the HR department.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Create, update Sop&rsquo;s as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Rotate with other managers for weekend coverage</li></ul>
<ul><li> Communicate with other managers when they cover your area</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manager must drive the department for continuous improvement</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must cover two shifts on a rotation, as needed, between day and night to fully support all staff.</li></ul>
Education and/or Experience
<ul><li> Prior cannabis or management experience, mandatory.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience using Microsoft Office programs required.</li></ul>
<ul><li> HS graduate or college and or university education preferred.</li></ul>

Required:

Must be 21+ years of age</li><li>
Bilingual preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li> Able to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to maintain a positive attitude</li></ul>
<ul><li> Authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>
<ul><li> This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the entire team.</li></ul>
