Job Description:Position: Asst. Manager Administration Location: HUB Chowki Preferable Candidate: Must be Local resident of HUB (Not Karachi)We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Asst. Manager Administration to take full responsibility for the administrative operations of our HUB Plant. The selected candidate will oversee all facility-related matters and ensure smooth execution of administrative functions while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all day-to-day administrative operations of the HUB Plant.</li><li>Oversee facility management, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, and office upkeep.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative and facility-related services.</li><li>Supervise support staff and ensure efficient execution of administrative activities.</li><li>Manage office assets, inventory, stationery, and other administrative resources.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of plant administration issues and provide operational support to various departments.</li><li>Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Handle employee-related statutory matters, including EOBI and BESSI registrations, contributions, documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities to ensure compliance.</li><li>Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies regarding administrative and labor-related requirements when necessary.</li><li>Support HR and management in implementing company policies and maintaining an organized and compliant work environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in administration, facility management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Sound knowledge of EOBI and BESSI handling procedures and compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.</li><li>Supportive and performance-driven work environment.</li></ul>Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
