The Electric Operations Strategy (EOE) organization provides enterprise?level strategic Support, and operational enablement for Electric T&amp;D. The department partners closely with leadership to translate utility?wide priorities into executable operating processes, scalable pilots/solutions, and measurable performance outcomes.<br>

EOE serves as a connective layer between field operations, program execution, data and digital enablement, and enterprise strategy, ensuring that initiatives are prioritized, standardized, and delivered in a way that improves safety, reliability, affordability, and operational efficiency.<br>

<b>Position Summary:</b><br>
The Program Manager, Electric Operations Strategy leads the planning, governance, and execution of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, programs, pilots, projects that advance Electric Operations priorities. This role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution&mdash;providing structure, discipline, and cross?functional coordination to ensure initiatives are prioritized effectively, delivered on schedule, and scaled for sustained operational impact.<br>
The Program Manager partners closely with operations SMEs, data/digital teams, and executive stakeholders to drive performance transparency, resolve cross?organizational dependencies, and translate leadership direction into measurable, repeatable outcomes.<br>
This is a fast-paced, high-impact and high-visibility role that puts this individual right in the center of the Electric strategy org, to enable catastrophic wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, climate mitigation, and improved affordability for the customers that PG&amp;E has the privilege to serve.<br>

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. Travel Estimated at 1 day out of the work week to report to office locations within(but not limited to) the bay area.<br>

Job Responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Help define scope, conduct discovery, and align objectives of initiatives</li>
<li>Support project/initiative planning end to end</li>
<li>Align on roles and responsibilities with partners and relevant cross-functional PG&amp;E teams</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing communications cadence with partner organizations</li>

</ul>Qualifications<br>
Minimum:

<li>Experience leading or supporting programs, initiatives, or portfolios within operations, strategy, or operational excellence functions</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams or initiatives simultaneously</li>

The IT Compliance Project Specialist acts as a compliance and governance partner across the IT project portfolio. This role ensures that IT initiatives are planned, designed, and delivered in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.<br>

Working closely with the Compliance Lead, the Specialist provides analysis, documentation, and due diligence to support risk-based decision-making and to maintain compliance throughout the full project lifecycle.<br>

Project Advisory &amp; Engagement
<ul><li>Serve as a dedicated compliance advisor to project managers and delivery teams.</li>

</ul>Gate Review &amp; Approval Support
<ul><li>Participate in project phase-gate reviews to assess compliance readiness.</li>

</ul>Regulatory &amp; Framework Alignment
<ul><li>Ensure project alignment with applicable regulations and frameworks, including SOX, CCPA, ISO 55001, and internal company standards.</li>
<li>Map project controls and artifacts to regulatory requirements to support a consistent and defensible compliance posture.</li>
</ul><b>Qualifications</b><br>
Experience
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance (GRC), preferably supporting large-scale IT projects.</li>
</ul><b>Tools &amp; Systems</b>
<ul><li>Experience using Planisware for project tracking, portfolio governance, and milestone management.</li>
</ul><b>Education</b>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related discipline.</li>

<ul><li>CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)</li>
