 Tasks
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Design, build, and maintain server-side applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Drive best practices in code quality, security, and testing across the development lifecycle.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems proactively and effectively.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously drive innovation within the team.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 
 5+ years of proven experience
 
 as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role within a cross-functional team environment.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in Kotlin
 
 for backend development.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot
 
 , building robust and scalable services.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Solid experience with SQL and relational databases
 
 , including schema design and performance optimization.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Experience with event-driven architectures
 
 (e.g., Kafka, SNS/SQS).
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in REST API design principles
 
 , microservices architecture, and cloud-based services (preferably AWS).
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Experience deploying applications
 
 using containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Comfortable working in an Agile environment
 
 , embracing incremental delivery and continuous feedback.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 
 , with a keen eye for debugging and performance tuning.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 
 , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
