At Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, as a Store Cashier, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service while operating a cash register. Major duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating a cash register, and greeting and assisting customers/donors.</p><p>
A Day in the Life of a Store Cashier!</p><div>
You will find yourself:<br>
<ul><li>Greeting each customer with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.</li><li>Providing prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service at all times.</li><li>Directing customers to the proper area and providing general information as requested.</li><li>Ringing up all sales transactions into the cash register and complete sales.</li><li>Ensuring that each customer receives the proper change and correct receipt for purchase.</li><li>Following all policies and procedures concerning cash, check, charge card transactions, voids, gift cards, and change Round Up program.</li><li>Keeping the register area clean and orderly at all times.</li><li>Answering telephone calls promptly using an established etiquette procedure.</li><li>Assisting sales floor employees with stocking and recovery.</li></ul></div><p>
Physical and Environmental Work Conditions:</p><ul><li>Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.</li><li>Standing and walking for long periods.</li><li>Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).</li></ul><p>

The Senior Specialist leads cross-functional coordination between the Data Team, Program Teams, and local Goodwill organizations, ensuring smooth data collection processes, rigorous validation, and clear translation of insights into meaningful stories for stakeholders.</div><div>

Senior Specialist, Mission Data Insights

<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>IT Support Specialist</b></h2><p></p><p><br>
Goodwill is seeking a <b>IT Support Specialist</b> to provide high‑quality, customer‑focused technical support across multiple locations. This role delivers hands‑on assistance for hardware, software, POS systems, peripherals, and mobile devices through desk‑side, phone, email, and messaging channels. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintain imaging standards, manage device configurations, and escalate unresolved incidents per IS SLAs-while owning each case to resolution.</p><p>
Administer support for Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This role also manages device enrollment and configuration through Intune, applying policies, deploying applications, and ensuring security and compliance. Strong documentation skills are essential, as you will create and maintain SOPs, knowledgebase articles, and technical records using SharePoint and OneNote.</p><p>
Success in this role includes meeting SLA expectations, maintaining uptime for mission‑critical systems, supporting on‑time project delivery, and ensuring data accuracy.
