Position Description:
Responsible for assisting with the facilitation of educational curriculum and student success at the microschool concept called Spark Community Schools. Assists teachers as they use a blend of technology-based and teacher-led lessons to ensure mastery of content. Supports teachers and students with Social Emotional Learning, Reading, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Project-Based Learning.
Helps cultivate a learning environment where students can be curious, independent, productive, and kind. Creates a safe-space where students are honored and valued for who they are. Helps students attending microschools with learning, supporting students where they are. Works in our microschool setting with teachers and approximately fifteen to twenty Kindergarten-12th grade students. Supports individual student needs with creativity and innovation while respecting all students and families and their access to quality education. Supports teachers with using high impact instructional practices and motivational techniques to engage students in learning. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Helps lead a blended-age classroom of 15 - 20 students for 30 hours per week, 180 instructional days and 10 Professional Development days, working a total of 190 days.</li><li>
Assists with maintaining an environment of safety and inclusion.</li><li>
Helps guide students&rsquo; individualized learning needs.</li><li>
Supports small group activities.</li><li>
Assists with monitoring student academic progress.</li><li>
Helps communicate with parents and families.</li><li>
Supports and motivates students to be excited about learning.</li><li>
Helps encourage student-led experiential learning.</li><li>
Assists with managing student behavior in a supportive and kind way.</li><li>
Collaborates with teachers and other assistants.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):<ul><li>

Position Description:
The Regional Supervisor of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) leads a region of HRBPs and Employee Relations Specialists in designing and administering proactive programs to support business growth, a high-performance culture, a strong employer reputation, and employee engagement for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA), Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay (GSFB), and its affiliated entities. Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.</li><li>
Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.</li><li>
Works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.</li><li>
Ensures store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.</li><li>
Partners with community businesses and organizations to promote Goodwill mission.</li><li>
Serves as a Goodwill ambassador to the community.</li><li>
Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.</li><li>
Ensures that Retail Store Associates and Customer Service Manager are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.</li><li>
Acts as a key holder for the store, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager.</li><li>
Processes complex sales transactions, including customer returns.</li><li>
Ensures that Team Members are operating per company standards and procedures.</li><li>
Will need to travel to other GCNA locations in order to assist other stores and to attend personal training and development classes.</li><li>
Transfers to different stores at any given moment due to business needs.</li><li>
Partners with support areas (Asset Protection, Human Resources, Safety, Finance, etc.) to further business goals and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.</li><li>
Builds a high-performing team.</li><li>
Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.</li><li>
Plays critical role in driving company culture change efforts and change management processes.</li><li>

Performs other related duties, as assigned.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):<ul><li>
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience</li><li>
One-year work experience in Retail Management required</li><li>
One-year customer service experience required</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position</li><li>
Ability to speak and read English proficiently</li></ul>
