Position Description:
On-site (5 days/week in office)
Provides candidate selection, hiring manager coaching, interviewing techniques and talent assessment across Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Uses and interprets assessment tools, as well as driving workforce planning within client groups. Partners with other Team Members in Pipeline Development, Sourcing and Recruiting Operations to deliver on hiring needs across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manages assessment tools in order to facilitate goal achievement.</li><li>
Contributes in a measurable way to the development of corporate-wide recruiting strategies and campaigns, the innovation and continuous improvement of corporate-wide recruiting practices, and makes recommendations regarding policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ability to meet monthly recruiting goals in a high volume, fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Drives workforce planning with leaders across the organization in a formal and informal process to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.</li><li>
Develops internal and external communications and communities to promote Goodwill opportunities.</li><li>
Establishes and maintains &ldquo;trusted advisor&rdquo; relationships with hiring managers and client groups that are collaborative in nature.</li><li>
May recruit primarily for Retail Management positions for our stores across Central and Northern Arizona, which may include high volume class-style hiring.</li><li>
Identifies, qualifies and presents candidates to business leaders.</li><li>
Interfaces with applicants, candidates, and external sources to develop robust talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.</li><li>
Responds to employment inquiries from potential candidates.</li><li>
Conducts candidate negotiations and reference checks on final candidates.</li><li>
Advises managers and Team Members on staffing policies and procedures.</li><li>
Maintains current knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA and other related guidelines and laws at the Federal, State and local level. Recommends revisions to comply as regulations change.</li><li>
Partners with Recruiting Team Members to continuously innovate and improve on Goodwill&rsquo;s hiring practices.</li><li>
Partners with Workforce Development in the achievement of Goodwill&rsquo;s mission.</li><li>

Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.</li><li>
2+ years&rsquo; experience in workforce planning preferred.</li><li>
Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS) or Social Talent certification preferred but not required.</li><li>
LinkedIn Open Networker (LION) designation.</li><li>
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge required.</li><li>
Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite.</li><li>
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including electronic media and e-mail.</li><li>
Self-starter with a track record of effectively managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in groups and in partnership with others.</li><li>
Ability to speak and read English proficiently.</li><li>

Position Description: 
Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Assists with leading production room as appropriate. Key responsibilities include people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, and training and development of store Team Members. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.</li><li>
Monitors product levels (floor work, as-is, recycle, trash, seasonal back stock) daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.</li><li>
Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.</li><li>
Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.</li><li>
Works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.</li><li>
Ensures store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.</li><li>
Partners with community businesses and organizations to promote Goodwill mission.</li><li>
Serves as a Goodwill ambassador to the community.</li><li>
Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.</li><li>
Ensures that Retail Store Associates and Customer Service Manager are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.</li><li>
