POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Web and Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative design efforts that elevate the Goodwill San Antonio brand and support the organization&rsquo;s mission. This role involves the end-to-end development of compelling marketing campaigns and materials across digital and print platforms. The designer will oversee brand integrity, guide junior designers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver user-focused, visually engaging content. They will also manage creative projects, ensure brand consistency across all assets, and stay current with design trends and technologies to maintain innovative, high-impact design execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Strategies &amp; Design Execution<ul><li>
Conceptualize and execute best-in-class marketing and advertising designs to support brand awareness and project goals.</li><li>
Provide creative art direction for a wide range of assets, including website and landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, infographics, flyers, annual reports, presentations, and in-store or out-of-home signage.</li><li>
Develop design strategies for digital and print campaigns that are visually appealing and aligned with user experience principles.</li><li>
Ensure all creative output meets accessibility, usability, and functionality standards, resulting in positive user experiences.</li></ul>
Brand Strategy &amp; Management<ul><li>
Supervise the implementation of brand identity and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative and communication touchpoints.</li><li>
Maintain and update brand guidelines, logos, templates, and messaging to ensure cohesion across internal and external campaigns and communications.</li><li>
Guide the execution of the brand across digital and traditional mediums, including photography, video, social media, blog content, and printed collateral.</li></ul>
Project &amp; Team Leadership<ul><li>
Lead design projects from conception through final production, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.</li><li>
Mentor junior designers, offering feedback and guidance to enhance their design and professional development.</li><li>
Track time and status updates for multiple concurrent projects and report progress to Marketing leadership monthly.
</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Integration<ul><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, workforce development, and business units to develop tailored creative that aligns with strategic objectives.</li><li>
Ensure seamless integration of visual and digital content within web and print deliverables.</li></ul>
Digital Marketing Support<ul><li>
Create digital media graphics and video content for social media and digital advertising platforms.</li><li>
Understand and follow web design standards when creating and refreshing website content.</li><li>
Stay informed on SEO practices and optimize graphics and content to maximize web engagement.</li><li>
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate creative campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.</li></ul>
Innovation &amp; Trend Awareness<ul><li>
Stay current with design trends, digital platforms, and evolving user behavior to ensure content remains fresh and impactful.</li><li>
Recommend tools and technologies that streamline design processes and improve creative output.</li></ul>
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Commercial Art, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum 8 years of professional design experience with a focus on digital and print marketing, including creative development, design, copy, production, and/or media planning.</li><li>
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with proficiency in Figma, Canva, Sketch, and prototyping tools.</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, including digital campaigns, branding, and print collateral.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating across departments and presenting ideas clearly.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Experience mentoring or leading junior creatives.</li><li>
Ability to effectively work independently and a part of a team.</li><li>
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO best practices is a plus.</li></ul>

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the training team, programs, courses and Learning Management System (LMS). The manager must understand the business operations and decision-making process. He or she should demonstrate the capability to meet deadlines and produce tangible results by leading an effective team. Also, the manager must be able to support the organization&rsquo;s strategic vision toward job training. The top candidate will be innovative, a strong facilitator and outstanding communicator comfortable with change and have the skill to adapt in a continuously changing environment. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Direct, supervise, and coordinate Training and Development Team activities to ensure the organization&rsquo;s strategic and unit goals are met.</li><li>
Communicate with the Director of Human Resources on assigned initiatives and maintaining work instructions, reference guides, job aids and other department process documents.
</li><li>Collaborate with operations and administrative leaders to identify and develop training initiatives that address performance gaps and improvements.
</li><li>Continuously improve the curriculum that directly support jobs and drive operational excellence, performance and service.
</li><li>Deliver and review training courses to ensure consistency and implementation of generally accepted training methods.</li><li>
Manage with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.</li><li>
Keep training staff current with the most effective training delivery practices.
</li><li>Oversees Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
</li><li>Prepare a variety of metrics and periodic training reports.
</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a concentration in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field required. A Masters&rsquo; degree is strongly preferred.
</li><li>Five years or more of experience leading training departments and teams required.</li><li>
Five years or more of facilitation and instructional design experience required.
</li><li>Strategic and critical thinking skills are required.
</li><li>Experience developing soft skills and leadership training programs required.</li><li>
Knowledge of training employees with physical and mental health disability conditions is preferred.
</li><li>Effective written, verbal and presentation skills are required.
</li><li>Possess the ability to collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, develop and deliver as requested.
</li><li>Expert in Microsoft Office and LMS administration skills.
</li><li>Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.</li><li>
Must have and maintain a valid Texas driver&rsquo;s license and automobile insurance coverage and be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business.</li></ul>

The Sales Associate is responsible for processing merchandise and assisting with the efficient operation of the retail store, assisting customers and handling customer transactions, performing basic record keeping functions and other basic retail operations duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Make a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers&rsquo; needs, giving them guidance on meeting their shopping needs in the store. Inspire customers to buy and create lasting positive impression of you, Goodwill and their purchase. Continuously improve selling techniques.</li><li>
Receive, price and stock donations. Hang, inspect and tag textile or clothing in a production environment. Maintain selling floor presentations and restock on a proactive basis.</li><li>
Operate cash register. Receive payments from customers for purchases, record sales and other transactions. Handle cash, debit credits and issue receipts to customers efficiently and accurately.</li><li>
Keep aisles free from debris, remove obstructions from production and sales floors, as well as fitting rooms. Ensure work areas and facilities remain clean and organized. Inform Team Leader or Manager of possible safety hazards.</li><li>
Keep work area clean by sweeping, emptying trashcans, disposing of trash in appropriate containers. Follow safe working protocols.</li><li>
Maintain good housekeeping standards, performing basic janitorial duties as assigned.</li><li>
Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures.</li><li>
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to questions and/or concerns in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.</li><li>
Assist in safeguarding Goodwill team members and property from harm, damage or theft. Comply with the Ethics Policy by immediately reporting any observed or suspected theft, fraud, violence, or any unethical or inappropriate behavior to a supervisor, human resources, or the Ethics Hotline.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment.</li><li>
